Krista has a passion for working with families who have not been able to make progress in other settings; the folks who fall through the cracks. She is a systemic thinker who helps bridge the gap between parents & their kids. She works with couples and families to help everyone get along better and experience more connection and trust.

Krista fun facts: I am a busy Mom of 3. I believe parenting is the hardest and best job on earth. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me running late to soccer or trying to convince my kids to eat something other than Chipotle. We all need support and guidance as we navigate the unpredictable waters of raising kids, and I’m passionate about helping others figure out how they can do it best. I struggled as a teen and have first hand experience rebelling against my parents and causing trouble.

Why Cedar? Our ability to be flexible and creative in the ways we provide care is what it’s all about for me. Kids and families are often messy and unpredictable. I am proud to be able to be agile in how we meet the needs of kids and families to ensure they have the care they need, especially during the most difficult and sometimes scary moments. Families often have the experience of losing care because of worsening symptoms or instability, which is so unfair and counterintuitive. I am proud of how we hang in there with clients and their families as we work to figure things out and get through it together.
